Shipping Options

All purchases are shipped via US Postal Service, both domestic and international.  On the Shopping Cart page is a button near the bottom of the page that lets you get the Estimated Shipping costs for your order.  The costs are based on package weight and distance.  In many cases you'll be able to choose from different levels of service, i.e., Express Mail, Priority Mail, First-Class Mail, etc.

Shipping Time

Though many orders are shipped in 2-4 business days, please allow 5-7  business days for your order to ship.

Payment Options

For your convenience SoSassyHot gives you four flexible payment options.  You can use

• Your VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card (standard or a prepaid credit card available in many supermarkets, drug stores, and convenience stores),
• Your Visa or Mastercard debit card, or
  
• Your PayPal account
  

FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS PLEASE NOTE -- all online payments (credit card, debit card, and PayPal account payments) are processed through PayPal.com but you DO NOT need a PayPal account to make a payment.  PayPal accepts credit and debit card payments (and in some cases e-checks) just like you would make on any online website.  SoSassyHot.com uses PayPal as its credit card processor for YOUR PROTECTION.  Online credit card payments made through PayPal are much more secure since we, the merchant, do not receive your credit card number or information.  That stays with PayPal where it's more secure.  All we receive is notification that payment has been received. />

When you go through the checkout process and come to the Payment Information page, if you wish to pay by credit card, debit, card, or PayPal account, leave the PayPal button selected as your payment method (remember, it works for all online payments) and you'll be taken to the PayPal secure payment page.  Then, if you would like to make payment from your PayPal account, simply log in and confirm the payment.  You'll then be taken back to the SoSassyHot store.  If you would rather pay using a credit or debit card, simply fill out the information on the left side of this page to complete the transaction.  NOTE...if you have a PayPal account but would rather pay with a credit or debit card you may need to click on the "Continue" link you'll see above the credit card logos on the left side of the screen.  That will take you to the page where you can fill out your credit card information.
